Multi-Tier Setup

This information is critical in order to correctly structure Splashmetrics to provide customized planning and analytics for each tier group in your organization. Tier 1 is always your company-wide level. Then these lower tiers can reflect your corporate hierarchy like Departments and Divisions (or Solution areas, Accounts, partners, products, etc.) If you have questions, or need more tier groups than provided for here, please contact us via the chat icon.

Lead Project Manager

Will be in charge of driving the onboarding process. Typically has significant knowledge of existing processes and systems in place. Examples of lead project manager roles: Marketing Ops Director, Director of Marketing, VP of Marketing

Implementation Administrator

Will be responsible for executing many of the tasks and retrieving much of the data requested from the Splashmetrics team. Therefore, must have Admin access to MA/CRM platforms in use. Examples of implementation executor roles: Marketing Ops Analyst, Field Marketing Manager, Demand Gen Manager

Internal Champion

Provides consultation and guidance on processes, practice and reviews. Helps foster stakeholder communication

Executive Sponsor

Will be the highest member of the marketing/sales team that signs off on architecture, account setup, and reporting needs. Examples: CMO, SVP of Marketing/Sales, CRO, VP of Marketing/Sales
