This is for ongoing, on-call concierge technical and/or strategic assistance you might need for your self-serve selling efforts.
This retainer ensures up to 3-hours per month of our time any time you need it.
Your LifeGuard will work with you to immediately schedule any requested sessions as convenient for you and your team – and to ensure that we have the right personnel on that call on our end for your needs*.
Remember, you always have wealth of helpful information via our LifeRing Help Center. And we are always standing by to answer any questions you may have via our ticketing system found there.
*These hours will accumulate across months so you can use them at any time during that 12-month period. But they will expire at the end of that 12-months. If you exhaust these hours before the end of your 12-month period, you can purchase either individual blocks – or another of these Ongoing Services blocks.
